ServicePlanner is a Field Ministry and Contact Management application specifically designed for Jehovah's Witnesses.

• Dropbox Sync - automatically backup your data and synchronize it across multiple devices.
• Integration with Territory Helper.
• Today Screen - provides quick access to various features including the Timer, Videos, Publications, Website Browser, Activity Planner, and your scheduled calls for the day.
• Timer - records your time spent in the ministry or on other tasks (e.g., LDC). Simply tap the timer bar on the Today screen or use force touch on the app icon.
• Contact Management - conveniently manage your calls with a searchable Contact list. The use of colors effectively indicates the Contact Type and displays a heat map to show if your visits are overdue or on schedule. Swipe or long-press on a Contact to quickly reschedule or update a contact.
• Contact Visit History & Library - easily access your call history with a list of previous visits. Similar to contact management, colors are used to visually indicate the Visit Type. You can define your Next Visit Date and Plans. Additionally, a central Library for each contact displays all the publications you have ever placed with them.
• Contact Filtering - features powerful filtering options that allow you to customize how you group and sort your calls. Search for Contacts using Tags, Language, Locality, Next Visit Date, and more.
• Map View - provides an overview of your Calls and allows you to search for addresses. You can also place custom markers for specific locations such as your Car, Territory, Kingdom Hall, or even your Home. Creating a new Contact directly from a map location is as simple as a tap and hold action.
• Library - efficiently manage Publications and Videos in a centralized manner. You have the option to add Cover Art to enhance visualization. Video locations can be downloaded for offline use or streamed to free up storage space. You can also add items from the Library to your Today screen. Please note that the Library is empty by default; users will need to populate it themselves.
• Websites - make use of the built-in browser to display web content. Bookmark your favorite websites and enjoy Reader View with customizable themes. Reader View supports Chinese Pinyin, Zhuyin, Yale, Sidney Lau above Chinese characters when reading content from official websites.
• Monthly Activity - plan your daily activity using Planned Hours vs Actual Hours. Projected Hours provide insight into whether you are on track with your time.
• Service Year - gain a quick overview of your hours per month and a summary of your activity for the Service Year. Projected Hours help you track your progress towards reaching your annual goal.
• "Shared in Ministry" Mode - enables you to switch both the Month and Annual calendars to simply display a green tick when you participated in the ministry, rather than focusing on hours.
• Scheduling - set your Annual, Monthly, and Daily Hour Goals. These goals will then be used to monitor your progress for the Month and Year. Apply your Daily Schedule to your Month and easily view the Projected Hours to determine if adjustments are needed.
• Witnessing Partners - organize your partners for each day and easily contact them through SMS, Phone, or messaging apps. Confirm or mark arrangements as not confirmed. Calendar icons indicate days with arranged partners. Optional integration with iOS calendars is available.
• Reporting - supports multiple Hour Credits and Carry-Over Minutes. You can submit your Monthly Report using Email, TXT, Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE, Hourglass, or NW Publisher.
• "Other Hours" - log your non-ministry hours, such as LDC or Branch Consultation work. You can schedule and plan up to 5 "Other Hour" categories alongside your Ministry Hours. Configure the category name (e.g., "LDC") and Reporting options in the Settings.
